How it all started

In March two moms decided that it would be nice to meet some other Waldorf-interested parents and set up a playdate at Arbor Hills. From then on we met frequently for Waldorf Circle Times to sing and do finger plays and verses and the group grew. The kids love it and we often hear them say "again" after some of the finger plays. One of the all time favorites is probably the 'Apple tree":

Way up high in the apple tree,

Five red apples look at me,

I shook that tree as hard as I could,

Down came an apple, mhhh that was good.

Even my 11 month old shakes the imaginary tree "as hard as she can" when we do the guestures. It's fun to watch the kids enjoy this Circle Time so much.
